  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups fresh raspberries
  • Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar; press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
