Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a jelly roll pan (15×10 inches) with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix sugar and vegetable oil until combined. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add buttermilk and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Stir in red food coloring until fully incorporated. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
