- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the beef roast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear in a hot skillet until browned on all sides.
- Slow-cook the roast until tender (about 3 hours on low) or cook in a pressure cooker for faster results.
- Once cooked, let the beef rest before slicing it thinly against the grain.
- In the same skillet, sauté sliced onions until golden brown.
- Assemble sliders by layering sliced beef, sautéed onions, and cheese on the bottom half of each bun.
- Place top buns on sliders and bake for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Warm au jus in a saucepan to serve alongside.
