Ingredients

  • 8 slices of thick salami
  • 8 pitted green olives (stuffed with garlic or pimentos)
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese (cut into cubes)
  • 4 wooden or metal skewers
  • 2 tbsp mustard (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Thread one slice of salami onto each skewer, followed by an olive, then another slice of salami. Repeat until the skewer is filled tightly.
