- 1 bunch fresh asparagus (about 1 lb), trimmed
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Wash the asparagus and potatoes thoroughly. Trim the ends of the asparagus and halve the baby potatoes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil until shimmering.
