  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour until evenly coated.

  4. Pour in chicken broth while scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Let simmer briefly before whisking in heavy cream until well combined.
  5. Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning gravy over each piece. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.
