  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl until moistened. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes until set; let cool.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.
  4. Layer sliced strawberries and blueberries on top.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing.
