- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions
- Rinse sago pearls under cold water until clear.
- Boil 4 cups of water in a pot; add rinsed sago and cook for 5-7 minutes until translucent.
- Drain and rinse sago under cold water.
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt over medium heat; stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add drained sago to the coconut mixture; simmer on low for 2-3 minutes.
- Fold in sliced strawberries gently.
- Transfer to serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
