Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 5 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream (for topping)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Beat in eggs and milk until combined. Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- While cooling, mix sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, and vanilla in another bowl.
