Description

Instructions

  1. Chop dark chocolate and place it in a bowl.
  2. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering; pour over chocolate and let sit for 1 minute.
  3. Stir until smooth, adding vanilla or any optional flavorings if desired.
  4. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 1-2 hours until firm enough to handle.
  5. Scoop and roll the ganache into 1-inch balls, then dust each truffle with cocoa powder.
  6. Chill again before serving on a plate or in gift boxes.
