- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Chop the bell peppers, onion, and cilantro; rinse the black beans.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add onions until translucent, then add bell peppers until tender.
