  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1/4 cup vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side). Let rest before slicing.
