- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté the chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat until translucent (about 5 minutes).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, sautéed onions, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Mix until just combined.
