  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 8 pitted black olives, sliced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and cool.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl for the dressing.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, and basil. Pour dressing over and toss gently to coat.
  4. Create eyeballs by placing an olive slice on top of each mozzarella ball.
