  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and brown the ground beef until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and garlic powder, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Add canned diced tomatoes and cream cheese to the skillet; mix until creamy and simmer on low for about 5 minutes.
