  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 2 tsp burger seasoning (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and burger seasoning. Cook until browned and no longer pink.
  2. Stir in cherry tomatoes and chopped lettuce. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and allow to melt.
