  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, sliced thin
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 large sweet onion, diced
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Chop steak into bite-sized pieces, dice onions, and slice potatoes.
