Rosa is the one who brings dessert, and the dip, and usually a second dessert. Her holidays are cookie swaps, block parties and Halloween nights with a house full of kids.
She likes recipes that look festive without being fussy, and that can be made ahead so she can enjoy the party too.
She writes our Halloween, Fourth of July and party recipes, and each one has been eaten at a real party first.
