Description

Baked Buffalo Wings are a spicy, crispy delight that will elevate any gathering. These easy-to-make wings deliver flavor-packed satisfaction with every bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • cayenne pepper for extra heat (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with baking powder, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack without touching each other.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  5. While baking, melt butter in a saucepan and mix it with buffalo sauce; stir well.
  6. Once wings are golden brown, toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated.
  7. Serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
