Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with baking powder, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack without touching each other.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
- While baking, melt butter in a saucepan and mix it with buffalo sauce; stir well.
- Once wings are golden brown, toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated.
- Serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
